About Seto ware is one of the Six Old Kilns of Japan same as Tokoname ware, Bizen ware, Echizen ware, Sigaraki ware, Tamba-Tachikui ware.These wares as distinguished from other wares were handed down from China or the Korean Peninsula. The traditional pottery born in Japan, is coming down in Japan.
The Chopper’s body is was made in Seto, Aichi prefecture from prototype production, casting to painting.

These days prototype is made with CAD or 3D printer but this product was made of clay by model sculptor same as common pottery products.

The forming method is Gaba-casting that barbotine casts to plaster mold, drys clay, polishes one by one. The painting is polished by specialized doll painter.
There is a difference one by one because all processing with hand working.

“One of the product with box” is based on a concept, we are adamant that not outside or artificial but paulownia wood which is told beautiful grain in Japan, the natural solid paulownia wood was made of Aizu, Fukushima prefecture, Japan.

Aizu paulownia wood is one of the sustainable Japanese forest resources - used Aizu paulownia wood which tree planting in aizu, from removal foam to aging, hand-made by craftsmen one by one in country of origin, Aizu.

We branded cover face, finished with sanding. There is slightly difference depending on item doneness or uneven browning from the nature of the wood unlike print.

As different significant same as grain of paulownia wood, we would appreciate if you could take the item you want in delars.

You will be able to send the item with your message or get well message after you will hand over before you will take out a message card because we do not seal on wooden box.If you will hand over item with message to your important person, the person will get well slightly.
We use re-peel seal inside cushioning material. If you want to put additional flower or items, you will be able to stick the seal without a trace of seal if you will remove the seal slowly.

Please arrange with wiring because the Chopper's hoof hole is small. Please be especially careful color transfer to Chopper’s body depends on flower materials preserved flower etc.
BOX ARRANGEMENT
Paulownia wood box arrangement
Solid paulownia wood has significant but solid wood is not suitable as a decoration of my room … we recommend oil stain or wax finished in this case. It is possible to adjust to your favorite color while keeping the wood grain of paulownia wood.
It is no problem to paint directly without masking and wipe it off with a waste because we designed not print but brands on lid side of the paulownia box.

Please contact to manufacture about details of water based wood stain, oil stain wood wax etc.
Please confirm the wood is natural domestic paulownia (Aizu paulownia) and there are unevenness due to ｂbaked sculpture.
Please note that permeability and characteristics of wood are different from artificially created paulownia wood (laminated wood) and overseas materials (Chinese paulownia or North America paulownia).
